Warehousing Solutions

Warehousing and logistics are now an important part of complete turnkey systems. Australis can supply fully integrated warehousing systems including incoming and outgoing goods conveyors or marshalling, product movement, and product tracking through integrated Manufacturing Execution System software (such as Rockwell FactoryTalk) which can also include barcode labelling and tracking or RFID tracking.

Automated pick and place systems can also be supplied including Automated Guided Vehicles for completely automated hands off systems.

Project Update:
As part of Australis Engineering's project for the Royal Australian Mint, 3 Laser Guided Vehicles have been supplied which will allow for autonomous delivery of pallets to both the warehouse and production areas within The Mint. This allows for after hour restocking of the production floor, as well as automated marshalling of outgoing pallets. The entire system is fully managed via FactoryTalk software allowing for the system to be remotely managed as well as forward production planning.
