Australis Engineering is set up as a design and manufacture business. As such, we can custom design a palletiser to suit your exact needs, including robot head design and programming of existing robotic palletisers to optimise efficiency

We specialise in robotic and automatic palletisers and have built several unique palletisers for special materials handling problems. This included picking 60 loose PET bottles and palletising them into special bottle trays, as well as a pick and place palletiser for 44 gallon drums.

Our palletising systems include pallet dispensing, shrink wrapping, labelling and bar coding, as well as a full range of infeed conveyors to suit every type of product.
